Despite enormous investments in computers there is more paper and anxiety, and less time to complete the project. The main problem is disorientation in piles of files, searching for drawings, version or parts of project documentation on the network, different standards and incompatible formats... Productivity in computer-equipped design office, is dependent primarily on the organization and reliability of storage, providing a quick and easy access, and clear procedures of digital documentations flow.

PROJECTS module offers a reliable, multipurpose sub-system that provides centralized storage and easy use of digital technical documentation in daily work. This is a project management system specially adapted to the management of technical documentation from the area of telecommunication infrastructure. It organizes and stores digital project documents in most common formats (Autodesk DWG, Microsoft DOC and XLS, PDF, CDR ...), and applies strictly defined standards on those documents. Contains specially prepared and adaptable templates for conceptual, main and projects of calibrated state of access networks, optic cable connecting leads and projects of TT canalization.

Content processing - whether it is done through TeleCAD-GIS project manager or AutoCAD File Management System, the application offers a rich set of tools for digital projects, individual situations and individual sets of objects. Allows export of one or a group of telecommunication structures from the drawing in a way that they retain their properties even if they are processed outside the original consulting platform. All programs that read DWG or DXF formats recognize and generate graphics exported from TeleCAD-GIS which is identical to the original.

The Standards are a component that through predefined parameters, value and marks accelerate the process of marking projects. Simple customization allows adjustment to the requirements of reference, the standards of telecom operators or revised regulations. System setup in this version is fully coupled with analytical and other tools. They allow even greater freedom in defining the parameters of the project: symbology, macro-tags, catalog predefined elements, allowed electrical and mechanical properties of telecommunication elements, and numerous other features of application adjustable to current standards and regulations.

Archiving - a complete digital project is now possible to archive in one step. Thanks to the degree of compression archived file now "carries" all the raster data of the original project, including its system settings (ie, applied standards).
Data exporting - in other corporate applications or platforms: Oracle Spatial or MS SQL Server, Autodesk MapGuide Server, Autodesk GIS Design Server or ESRI ArcView / ArcGIS / ArcIMS, SAP, ERP ...

In short - TeleCAD-GIS is now an universal client-side design tool for any architectural environment that generates and maintains technical documentation about the telecommunication infrastructure.
