Section for Contract monitoring
The Contracts subsystem allows Unique monitoring of all contracts in the company. The structures on which the contract relates are assigned to each of those contracts. Each organizational unit records and monitors the implementation of their agreements (so it can see only contracts which are related to its organizational section). Some users may see contracts throughout the whole system.
The basic properties of the contract which can be monitored are:

- • Partner with whom the contract is signed
- • The currency in which the contracted amount is

The module also features reports
- • Review of all contracts by organizational sections in the selected period, with data on contracted, invoiced, paid amount, and the remaining amount for payment.
- • Card of each contract
- • The contracts whose execution is delayed
- • Contracts which realization takes a certain level of supervisory authority
- • Review of all contracts for individual partner
