Section for monitoring the construction of investment structures

Structures Module - Phase of the structure enables chronological monitoring of individual phases which the facility goes trough. In addition to the stated and planned dates that are entered during the planning, the actual date of commencement and completion phase are also entered here. You can also bring more notes that are essential for this phase. This module is designed for supervisory authorities, who are changing phases and also report to the project leader and superior in which phase the facility is, and which realization is monitored. Of course, supervisor sees only the objects that are assigned to him.

 

Measurement book Module enables monitoring of the consumption of: materials, work, own materials, materials under the contract. Measurement book is also a report that represents a segment of the construction which was confirmed by the supervisory authority and contains papers and supplies with prices from the contract. Each measurement book belongs to a particular situation. Contractor may invoice only situation where value is defined in civil engineering books and is in accordance with the contract. Based on data from the Measurement book, the card can be obtained from an object and by segments: financial, work, material, own material, and how much is planned and how much is agreed.
